V-Nails & Spa

I went to this place last week on my lunch break to get a simple gel polish manicure. The woman doing my "manicure" was incredibly rude and lazy. She was on her phone the entire time. She also had the work phone off the hook (so it would stay busy) and hidden in her drawer. I asked for my nails to be rounded on the ends, as you can see in the pictures, it's far from what I asked. I asked her to fix them and she just huffed and told me to wash my hands first then she would. She "fixed" them and I told her that isn't how I like them. But at this point I didn't have time to keep arguing with her so I told her just go ahead and paint them. When she was "finished", there was debris under the paint and particles under my nails where she didn't clean them out from where she had filed. There was also left over red paint where she didn't remove the previous polish. I'm no nail technician, but when you get a "manicure" you're hands should look better than when you came in. I called back after I left to try to speak to a manager and the woman who did my nails answered the phone. She said the manager wasn't in and there was nothing she could do about me being unhappy with the nails. I didn't have time to get them redone so I wore them for 4 days. In 4 days, my nails were chipping and 2 had broken. In all the years I've been getting gel manicures, I've never had my nails break in just four days. As far as the technician, if you aren't happy doing nails then go find another job. And if someone has an issue, then help the person out. I wasn't being unreasonable by asking for my nails to be shaped the way I like them. You were just too preoccupied with your phone call to care about your job. Absolutely love this nail salon. The Tech's are fun and personable and take the time to take care of your nails. They hand craft designs and bring your nail vision to life! And let's not forget the refreshments/WINE! ????????????

Great service everytime i have been . Been going here for over 2 years . Tu and Adalyn are my go to gals ????????( they stay book so make sure you get an appointment). Book with them you will not be disappointed .

This is my 3rd visit. My 1st visit was pleasant but I didn't like the nail tech. Then my second visit my nails were done by Evelin and I fell in love. So now, if she isn't available, I guess I will wait till she is. I also loved the tech Alady ( 7 colores) who did my pedi. She takes her time and does a great job. Prices were reasonable, very clean, wait time not long for how busy they are, whole environment is wonderful. I recommend anyone give them a try.

Been Coming here for years ! Worst experience ever!!!!!
