Elife Nail Spa

You all know how hard it is to find a good nail salon. Well I am so glad I found here. I have been scheduling appointments with Bunny and I am so glad I have. She is always so nice and personable. Not to mention she SNAPPED on my nails! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she HAND DREW all of the designs! Will definitely continue going here.

I had an appointment on Saturday for gel polish. The older gentleman doing my nails was rude to start with. I asked him if I could see the polish colors and he shooed me away. He finally asked me what color and I told him I didn’t know and still needed to look. He proceeded to stare over my shoulders angrily and I was forced to choose a color I did not even want that he suggested. My nails started to chip the next day and one has even broke off. He also did not even ask me how I wanted the shaped and every nail is filled differently. I am on day 5 now with multiple chipped nails and you can even see the old pink polish that he failed to remove. He was so rushed and even hurt a few fingers in the process. This is not my first negative experience with this employee so I feel the need to let others know. I have never had such a bad experience at any other nail salon in the area.

The young lady at front desk is always very nice she even explained a few things for me. I get very simple nails but Go see Henry (he is patient and your will love your nails) or Kim (she keeps everybody going while assisting a client herself) . Lisa was very nice one visit I've been going there for a few years. Weekday mornings are calm but they get really busy on the weekends and sometimes wait times happen if you are getting nails and feet done. My nails have really grown

I have been going here for a year and I have never had a problem until today. I went in for a regular pedicure and it took 10 mins or less. Polish, massage and all… 10 mins. When I arrived there was a slight wait, and I was still finished before anyone everyone else. Last in, first out, when their regular pedicures normally take about 30 mins. My chair still had 22 mins left in it and he was still don’t before it. The guy that was doing my pedi today hurt me while he was filing and I told him. He was visible upset with me and rushed my service. Which I didn’t understand. When asked to speak to the owner, she refused to refund my service and gave an excuse that every service has different service times as if I had not been there before and charged me $25 for the pictured service. It’s not worth the time, effort or money. Do not go here. Responding to the business responds… I promise you I am NOT lying!! If I were why did you give me a discount or offer me to see someone else!! I was in your location for 25 mins. 10 mins waiting to be serviced, 10 mins serviced, and 5 mins waiting to pay. Y’all know you are wrong and people can choose to spend their hard earn cash wherever, but I will NOT BE BACK!! You are welcome and stop sending me discounts and offers bcuz I’m NOT COMING BACK!! You’re welcome!

1st time at ELIFE Nail Spa and I had such a great experience! Got a full set & pedicure and bunny did amazing with my pedi she took her time and looks great! After tons of research looking for the right nail tech again since I’m so picky lol I found Kim who also did amazing and listened to everything I wanted! Will be back!
