L Nails

First and LAST visit. I asked for a pedicure. No prices were shown to me about different pedicures offered. So I assumed they only had 1 pedicure option. Even before I went to pay I was disappointed with my pedicure. I wouldn’t consider it a pedicure. Nothing was done but my feet sat in water for a period of time. My polish was changed and then she put oil on my legs. No massage or anything. Also, she removed the blue liner that goes in the spa and had my feet in the bare water. No telling how many people she has done that to. The purpose of the liner is not to spread germs and foot fungus. Obviously I won’t be back. I told the person who checked me out the issues (bc my polish is not smooth. She put 3 layers of gel polish and the polish is bumpy) he did not say anything or offer to fix my policy. I paid and left. Never spending my money here again. One and done. Excuse my ashy feet but look at all the dead skin/cuticle on my toes AFTER a “pedicure”TODAY.

LISTEN, I LOVE THIS PLACE. IT HAS BEEN MY NAIL SALON OVER 10YEARS.. NOW COOKIE MY PEDICURIST SHE EVERYTHING.. GO AND GET THE COOKIE EXPERIENCE STRAIGHT FIRE ???? SHE MAKES UR FEET AND LEGS FEEL SO RELAXED ????????????

Cindy the owner does my nails & my nails are always fabulous! Everywhere I go folks ask me who does my nails, I just let them know L Nails on Albemarle Rd in Charlotte is the place to be. Also "Moon" she is fantastic too doing nails. You won't be disappointed, I promise!

I'm new to the area. Have been to 2 different nail salons, and was not completely happy with my nails. I like designs on my nails, one place said they only had 1 person that did them and he was off, the other to be honest I just never went back for no particular reason. Tried L, and I'm positive this will be my permanent salon from now on. She asked what type of design I wanted....alot (of design)or a little, colorful or not, jewels or no jewelry. I was very happy with the end result and can't wait to see what else they can do!!!

Ive been going here about 2 years their work is amazing I will say that but I’ve noticed that they make certain customers a priority over other customers. Friday was the last straw for me ! I signed in at 3:35 waiting on a pedicure, I literally heard Cindy tell the lady she had 2 pedicure in front of her well I went to the bathroom and came back and this same customer was taking her shoes off proceeding to get a pedicure around 4:30 so I waited my name was called around 5:15-5:30 while my feet are still in water I look at the time and noticed it was now 6:00 and my feet still hadn’t been touched so I dried my feet and left. This is not the first experience I’ve had like this with them so I recommend they treat all customers that spends money with them fair regardless of how often they service them because seriously the pedicures are great but the customer service is a deal breaker for me
