I've been a loyal customer at this nail bar for three wonderful years, and the experience has been consistently delightful. I’ve been coming here for a year and get a gel manicure, regular pedicure and waxing. My gel mani lasts 2-4 weeks! The staff is very nice, they usually have a spot available (if it’s peak hours def make an appt to save yourself any hassle like any other place you try to get into), and the atmosphere is relaxing. I’ve tried some other spots, but this one has the best service, prices and my nails lasted the longest. My only wish is that they served wine like a few other places do. ????

If I could give Casa Blanca 10 stars, I would. I’ve been to many nail salons in Charlotte and this is by far the best one I’ve been to. They’re so kind, fast, and they do an amazing job. I always drive an extra 20 mins just to come here. The prices are fair and they’re incredibly efficient. Often, when I come in and they have the people, they will work on my nails and eyebrows WHILE I’m getting the pedicure! I just got a soak off, acrylic overlay, pedicure, and eyebrow wax in under an hour because they had two people working on me at the same time. There have been times it’s busy and it’s not quite like that but I don’t mind either way. It’s never a long wait. Just amazing! Go here!! Tina and Lee are the best. Side note- be sure to bring cash! You have to tip in cash and there’s a credit card fee for paying with a card, but they have an ATM!

Horrible! Went there on a Sunday because our normal nail salon was closed. My daughter had acrylics put on by salon we normally go to the day prior. She realized they were too long so wanted to hit them cut down. Went to casablanca. Man in front t quickly said he could do. While waiting I decide to get a sns for my nails. He quickly did mine then the cut down on my daughter. He was filing the sides in too much making her nails to pointy. She quickly tried to correct him and he get doing it the way he wanted to. Then finally said she didn't have to pay. I jumped in nicely and said we don't care about having to pay we just want the service done correctly. He was immediately agitated and said he did not want to know how she wanted it and did not want to correct. SUPER RUDE! I guess her $15 cut down was not worth his time since he was cattle calling and trying to rotate other customers around. Never again and if you want mediocre and rude work then go for it.

If you prefer SNS this is not the place for you. They put the base cost 1/4 of your nail then only 2 dips of color then a base cost on top. This technique caused me lots of pain when I’ve used my hand and the base coat lifted underneath… and my nails are not long . There are even ridges in my nails from the base coat to the other layers.
