Nancy Nail Spa

I use to love getting my beauty maintenance done here but that has changed over the years. I stopped coming for about 4 years because although I had a good report with majority of the staff the professionalism became lackluster. Fast forward to a couple of months ago to today. I decided to give them another try since I was in the area. I got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. Although the pedicure was nice, I was told that they only do gel polish so I decided that after the pedicure was done I would not get another one. I like getting my toes done every two weeks and the gel removal process can sometimes be too harsh on my nails when getting done that frequently. However, I was pleased with my eyebrows so I decided to go back. I’ve been going for two months now and today really ticked me off. I went in asking to clean my eyebrows up. That means wax anything on the skin, and when it comes to the brow line, you only need to use tweezers, and maybe scissors to shape up the eyebrow. I felt her putting the wax on very sloppy and I asked her Pryor to putting the strip on.” are you doing too much?” the technician said no. However, you be the judge by the picture. The first picture was taken on Tuesday and this picture is today on Saturday. When she was done, she knew she snatch my eyebrows off. I told her I I knew she was doing too much because she was moving too fast, and if she was in a rush, then she could’ve let someone else take care of me. She said that she seen wax on my eyebrow but she didn’t think that the hair would come off. Common sense tells you if you spread wax on an area that does not need to be waxed then the first thing you should do is remove the wax before proceeding with applying the strip, and snatching, the it off. She told me that she was not going to charge me and that I can draw my eyebrows in until they grew back. I don’t even own an eyebrow pencil!!!! I don’t know how to draw eyebrows on, but I guess I’m going to have to learn. And the other side looks just as ridiculous. ????????????????????. For all the technicians that are tired, if you know you’re not in the mood to work on a client then don’t work on the client because rushing causes sloppy Mistakes and terrible service. I won’t be going back and this is what my dumb a&@ gets for going back!???????????

Nina is Awesome!!! I had a very, very bad experience at a lash salon in Virginia. I came in almost in tears. Nina didn't hesitate to help me and she took her time. Thank you for your professionalism and patience.

Nick does my nails perfectly EVERYTIME ????. I like my nails to be short with an overlay and a simple design. Not thick and not with a lot of stuff. Sometimes I show him pictures from Pinterest that i like and he does exactly what I’ve shown him. He also cares for your natural nail and his foot massages during a pedicure are out of this world.

I’ve been going to Nancy for a few years & she never disappoints by far the best nail tech in Charlotte, Tiffany does my pedicure I highly recommend these ladies they are the absolute best

My daughter goes there. I was visiting from NY. Very friendly, nice costumer atmosphere. Loved my nails. Thanks to my daughter. Will go again when I come back.
