The new owner Kathy is so sweet, efficient and detail oriented. You can tell she really cares for her customers. They offer drinks and event a point based system that gives you a $20 reward after you send so much. I was loyal to my last nail tech for YEARS but came here when I was in the area and too busy to drive to my other place. Kathy did such an amazing job and my nails lasted 3 weeks (Dip w/tips). You will not be disappointed! The whole staff is so sweet!

I have been in Charlotte for 4 years and I have never been satisfied with my nails until now. Kathy was quick and was able to do the exact design I wanted with one picture. We even planned my next design. I also got a pedicure and it was great for the price. They are under new management so def give them a shot.

Really enjoyed my visit with Kathy today.This was my first time at Kathy's new nail salon she has done my nails for years. I followed her from Gastonia. She always does an amazing job! Very nice place and they treat you like family. I also had a great experience with the guy that did my pedicure. Definitely recommend this place!

I would definitely recommend this place it’s such a relaxing and happy place with mimosas!! and many other services for your self care needs!! I love my nails and my eyelashes and the greatest price , they answer all your questions and they help you with recommendations, they also have a reward system now and offer discounts!! Kathy is fantastic and has the best personality! She is customer service perfection. Only been 4 times now since moving to Charlotte but this is MY salon! The first time was when it was under the old management and the second time I met Kathy, so I was nervous, but the mimosa made it better! My nails lasted 3 weeks and I could have gone longer.
