T T Nails

I went to TT nails last Thursday to get a fill in I was charged $40 they never one time told me you can get a new set of nails for $50 so I got a full in French tip which was $10 more meaning I paid a total of $50 anyway by Saturday my middle finger was totally gone I went back Monday morning because they were closed on Sunday and the manager tells me $10 I told her no so she said $5 the technician had a bad attitude and didn't want to fix my nail. This was my first time getting nails they new this and had no consideration for me as a customer not one time did they say you can get a new set for $50

horrible service. After almost a decade of being a customer here Liz got upset because I went to another nailshop & refused me service a day before my weekend. She also said verbatim “no one wants to do you because you’re picky”. Too much entitlement! No one wants to work but wants the money! I don’t appreciate being told where to spend my money & from now on I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I went here to get my eyebrows done, the woman claimed my eyebrows “didnt have any shape” and took off most of the hair on my eyebrows making them extremely thin even though I have naturally full eyebrows. When I asked for the service for free because of how bad they looked the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

I went to this shop because I didn’t feel like walking to Nikki in Hyde Park where I get exceptional service every time. I got no chip mood polish it was suppose to be white and pink but because their polish is old it looks like somebody hit my toes with a hammer. When I went back she said I did something wrong. Just disgusting people, service and shop. Really deserve a zero rating

She left polish under the nails really what it is they are too comfortable and i was a visitor and my polish chipped off already really bad service she act like she had an attitude and they did not the color polish I wanted so you have an attitude I should have the attitude. Horrible
