Magic Nails

I went yesterday(Sunday) they place was nice as far as the environment. Billy did my nails, the design is exactly what I wanted it’s beautiful but the nails are garbage. I do believe he was being rushed to hurry and move to the next client but still no excuse, my nails look horrible around the cuticle he did not file them correctly or shape them correctly. I was in and out in 15-20mins. I will not return here ever.

The experience was excellent but the pedicure was amazing. Henry did my nails very good. Have Tom do your pedicure

I was going to this shop since 2011 every since they were around the corner but now the service is just horrible especially with what I dealt with with Cindy doing a rush sloppy job on my pedicure today. The energy in the whole establishment now is rude snotty just no kind of calmness. Even when Linda ran around yelling people actually did their job. I seen so many workers come & go now me as a loyal customer. I was so disgusted with everyone’s sour taste and bad energy I did not finish the service. I even saw how workers were talking customer absolutely disgusting ???? Sorry Linda I will not be back ever.

I went yesterday (Sunday) and the service was terrible. Everything seemed rushed. I asked him for stilleto nails and he proceeded to do square. They try their hardest to talk you into getting powder instead of acrylic because powder is quicker. Then I had to ask him to scrub my feet a little more because he half way did them at first. I was letting my toes dry under the lil fan thing up front and the lady rushed me over to get my brows done, my toes weren’t dry. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Their attitudes were very blah. EDIT: it’s now WEDNESDAY and 2 of my nails have come off. Stop suggesting powder nails if they don’t hold up. I literally just pulled my pants up and my nails came off smh

I have given this location several chances over the past two years, however, they were all wasted. The entire environment is unprofessional, employs questionable sanitary habits, and the service is of poor quality. The color selection for a regular pedicure is extremely lacking and their solution is to offer the no chip colors which I found a shade too dark for summer weather. The very nerve of this 'establishment' to charge $25.00 for the piss poor outcome of my feet was bad enough, but the straw that broke the camel's back was that the young lady who did my pedicure had the gall to appear agitated because I requested that she remove the excess polish from the skin around my toes... I have come to the conclusion that this spot is only able to stay in business because the clientele obviously does not know what good service is and will, unfortunately, settle for any kind of treatment and environment. Today was their last time. I don't repeatedly patronize businesses with shabby services. I dictate where and how my dollars are spent. That is the power of knowing that you have choices. 8
