Nail Club

Decided to try this place again because my mom said they have different employees. It was going well until today. I understand I don’t have the longest nails but this was terrible. After telling the guy that it hurts when he was doing them he continued to do it again. I ended up bleeding from 2 of my nails and than he seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. I asked for a no chip manicure and this was so sloppy. DO NOT GO HERE.

don’t go here unless you plan on wasting six hours of your day. long wait for nothing and then they try to talk you out of what type of nails you are there to get and the prices are ridiculously high i’d rather go to another place that does good quality work instead of trying to rip me off and tell me what type of nails I should be getting. The guy in chair number 8 was super rude. Did not like his attitude or his service and the woman in chair. Number 3 was also rude rushing.

The young man that did my nails was very pleasant but didn't do a good job with the nail. The surface of the nail should have a hump and then go down for best wear. They are all flat plus we were up charged for my daughter's nail. The lady did do a very good job on her nails but she didn't seem to like her job and didn't speak to her client. I am the type of client to give great tips and I did but I will never return due to the atmosphere and treatment of their employees along with poor treatment of their clients including the up charge. You lost a great customer due to the assumption that customer would not pay good. There was a main lady worked on a young girls nails for three hours while we were there after her and finished before she was done. Treat your customers with respect and you may have more cliental.

Love the atmosphere but only go to creative, neat and patient tech, Cindy. The past 2years has been a delight ??

Bad customer service. My cuticles were cut with a machine and ended up bleeding. Very upset. I asked for a discount (even though I should not have been charged because getting cut should never be a part of any nail service) and it appeared that the person didn’t even want to give me one. Not sure if I even got a discount for that, honestly. Lady got annoyed when I told her to correct my nail design. Sloppy and rushed work. Worst experience I have had at a nail salon. Don’t recommend it. Stay away from this place.
