Customer Service sucks. My no chip chipped after 4 days they tried to change me $5 each to repair it. The Front desk person wasn’t trying to pay me any attention. He was constantly on his game trying to convince me that I’m not taking care of my nails. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pero lasted 15min literally. All uneven. I went in to relax and get a no chip mani and pedi. The feet I wasn’t to concerned about because no one sees them during winter. It came down to my nails and I had to sit there and point out why I was not waking out with uneven nail polish. On top of that the no chip lasted less than a week before it started falling apart. The polish fell right off. It kept getting stuck on my hair when I would comb it where it started peeling off. Then one by one they just peeled right off in one piece. Cheapest no chip ever. I would not recommend this place.

i went to this place again after having a terrible experience the first time. i was super excited to go get my nails done here before i leave for mexico just for them to be VERY RUDE. the first man declined to do my nails because i was asking too many questions. then the next man who was doing my nails gave me the silent treatment and was rushing through my nails

I’ve been here a couple times now and each time they are money hungry and change the price drastically every time .it’s doesn’t matter if the nails are short or long the price will drastically change the next week. one of the newer nail techs who sit on the left side did a amateurs job on my nails and I told the guy with the hat who sits on the left side as soon as you come in that I didn’t like them and that I did inform the other guy while he was doing them can he file them down because they were noticeably uneven and fat and he clearly saw the problem and insisted on it being my fault and he charge me EXTRA $20 ON A SET OF SMALL WHITE NAILS WITH A GOLD LINE UNDER THE CUTICLE ON 2 nails bringing my total to $67 BECAUSE HE WAS MAD HE HAD TO FIX THE OTHER WORKER WORK I NEVER IN MY LIFE FELT SOO DISRESPECTED AND SCAMMED I DREAD COMING HERE EVEN IF THEY DO A GOOD JOB YOU WILL FEEL SCAMMED

Nails look decent but weren’t done properly. Nail tech didn’t even touch my cuticles. I had been painting a house lately and had small traces of white paint left that he didn’t even attempt to get off. Nails were not prepped at all for the set. At first I thought I was crazy and maybe he had a different process and would touch my cuticles and everything up at end. I was shocked when he said “you’re done,” because this just wasn’t the full service. But I had been there so long I just paid and left. But don’t let this happen to you
