Classic Nails

Received eyelash extensions. After 3 days the lashes were falling off. The first time it happened they filled them with no problem but by beginning of week 3 they were all gone. I went back for a fill in and asked for cat eye wispy lashes. They gave me very long lashes. Nothing was cat eye about them. They started falling off by day 2 by the 10th day a quarter of them had fallen off each eye. I would not recommend them for eyelash extensions

Today, they have lost a valuable customer! I have been coming to this location for 12 YEARS (every 2 weeks faithfully) even before the current shop owners started working here. The owner’s sister treated my daughter as if she was going to steal. Of course, that being her sister she didn’t want to believe me and said she would run the cameras. According to her, her sister was trying to say, “they only do no chip on children’s nails and not regular polish since 2019”. So, I guess that’s why she was watching my daughter so closely and reaching for the polish when she was trying to select a color. I will miss my nail tech Linda (she’s the best) and I am honestly surprised that Nikki (the owner) didn’t do a better job trying to make the situation right, but today Classic Nails has seen the last of my money. There are TOO many nail shops in the area. I don’t spend my money AND feel mistreated or that my child is being “targeted” or we are forced to only do no chip on an 8 year old! I would have paid for regular polish because we were not asking for a manicure, but I guess at this point they prefer the $23 for just polish (using no chip).

Quick incomplete services for many about 30 stations. Asked for Services indicating pricing not openly available when asked for Mimi very rude. Finally she put monitor on with some services. No clean up very unsanitized nail shop. Andy T. Tech was trying to accommodate when I saw how they skimped on nail service.

I had a wonderful experience every time I go in there. My nail tech name is Kevin...I didn't get the name of the feet tech name is Ava!

I will NEVER EVER come back here. Came here with my mom for pedicures and the guy that did my feet acted like he was drunk. He cut my nails down too low resulting in me having to jerk my foot. Then he cut me and covered the cut with his bare hand. He cut another toe nail to low and that's when I had it. They had someone else do my feet but the damage was done. Will never cheat on my nail salon again.
