Hot Nails

The pedicure experience was very ok.. the nail tech took her time. Unfortunately I was not happy with the manicure. There was nail polish residue left all around my cuticles on almost all my fingers. It looks so messy. I don’t think I have ever received a paint job this bad.. overall, I would not recommend.

I love it here. I just moved from the suburbs where nails were so cheap. I expected the city to have insane prices. I was shocked! The prices here are the same. I got a no chip manicure and pedicure and it was amazing! So glad I found this place.

Nice, clean and quite place. The girl how did my nails was awesome, gentle and she helped me to choose the nail polish color. I think her name is Aby. I’ll definitely come back

First time at this salon and I absolutely love it!! The technician did a wonderful job, very symmetrical, clean work and took his time. Even nicked one a little and they fixed with no problem. Prices were reasonable and affordable. It was nice to be back in a salon and feel safe since everything they were using was either right out of the package or very sanitized. Also received an amazing pedicure. Cannot wait to come back!

Got a no-chip manicure done yesterday and this morning I noticed that one of my nails was already chipping. I called the store and the woman who answered the phone was extremely argumentative; she wanted a physical description of the nail tech, the time it occurred, etc. even after I told her I had my receipt with the date/time of service. She then told me I’d have to wait until 4pm to have my nail fixed. When I arrived the same woman asked, “Did you even have your nails done here?” Um… obviously I wouldn’t be dealing with your rude self if I didn’t. The nail tech who actually did my nails the day prior fixed the chipped nail and was very apologetic. However, I doubt I will be back given the poor customer service and attitude of the rest of the staff.
