Steak 'n Shake

We have eaten lunch, dinner and late night snack here and through the drive thru. The service has been friendly and fast. The burgers are always hot and fresh and actually taste like a burger. The fries are always crispy and perfectly salty. This is our favorite "fast food" burger joint in Joplin.

Stopped by here for lunch and got the double cheeseburger with fries. Both the burger and fries were hot and fresh. Very good burger and pretty good prices. Portions are alittle small but worth the price. The staff was friendly and service was quick even though there was a crowd ahead of us.

Ooooh, I'm so excited to find another location that still has full service and no ordering kiosks! What a fantastic find! Definitely stop in when traveling through Joplin, MO, or if you live locally. Staff was fantastic, the place was immaculate and the food was ????????????! Gotta love those fries with the cheese! The only disappointment was hearing they had no bottled water or soda available. They did have lemonade, HI-C, and tea available. Aside from that...perfection! Definitely a hidden gem!

We were traveling and stopped for lunch. We were seated promptly and placed our order. The food was great and experienced very good customer service.

Stopped at the Steak 'n Shake while traveling up North for a classically nice sit down meal of their signature mouth-watering burger and fries and exceptionally cold milk shake. The seating area was quite clean. The customer service was exceptionally positive. The public restrooms do need to be updated with new fixtures.
