There is plenty of room for the kids to run around. During the summer you can enjoy the aquatic center. The park is quiet and is well kept. Be sure to check out where Betty the Bear lived!

I came up to Joplin, MO to meet a girl of tinder since I already was in the area at a military retreat. I love the city/town and I was interested in seeing it after that E-5 tornado in 2011 that whipped it out. Very beautiful place, and the people are awesome as well. It was breezy the whole time I was there, and you still can see a clear path where that tornado tore through the town. Kinda a Erie felling. Needless to say beautiful place, and I'm happy that Joplin left a piece of it charm with me, and I left a piece of my charm there as well. Thanks Joplin for your hospitality!!

My kids always have fun here! Whether they are learning swim safety or just having fun at the pool, they always love going! The park is big and open too. We've had several birthday parties here too.

My kiddo loves the play ground and the 6 hole disc golf course. Super fun! Thank you, joplin!

We love this place. The price is $5 for adults, and I think $4 for kids, but we buy a family pass for $140 that pays for itself after just 7 visits (we drive the 60 miles to this place at least 3 times per week). It's best to be 48 inches or taller to enjoy all things. If you can swim (by yourself without life jacket or floaties) the diving boards are a blast for any size. My daughter has been going since she was just 2 (and an excellent swimmer). The "family slide" is the extra wide slide and parents can take their children under 48 inches. The lazy river is a huge hit for kids under 48 inches because it connects to the other (48 inch required to ride) slides. Makes it nice for my 47 and 3/4 inch kid to enjoy other things while her brother enjoys the over 48 inch!!!
