Pro Nails

I got there and they took me right away. First I got my toes done. Basic white, no-chip pedicure with glitter nail polish on my big toes. 40$ for that. The lady did a great job. I also got a fill-in for my acrylic nails along with a change of color. I wanted a simple French nail with one nail on each hand, marble. However, the lady who did my nails rushed, and did a sloppy job. She filed the nails well but the polish wasn't painted on all the way. I asked for a glitter underline and it was painted crooked. They laughed and said no one can do a marble design. So I just did red glitter on one finger on each of my hands. The lady was also trying to charge 10$ extra just to cut my nails short. So altogether it cost me, 126$. I had to go back a second time so my nails can be fixed, again some polish wasn't fully completed, and the lining was crooked. They tried to charge me 5$ just to correct a mistake that one of their employees did!! Overall, way too expensive, and unprofessional, and the nail jobs are poorly done. Would never go back.

I went and got my nails done yesterday and the same day my rhinestones fell off.. I was in desperate need of help because my birthday shoot was right around the corner. Nina welcomed me with opened arms. And fixed what she could. Love their customer service there! Okay highly recommend them ??

I have probably received every service the salon has to offer. My nail tech, Howie who sits in the back with the glasses, I get my nails done faithfully every 2 1/2 weeks. Every week no matter how I vary my nail design, he will try to charge over 125 even when it’s not applicable. There is no clear breakdown of pricing. Then when you let him know you’re interested in glitter, he will proceed to give you rhinestones, and writing this review is very unfortunate however the service is AWFUL NOW. The WORST ATTITUDE Getting my nails done is self-care for me, and now the thought of having to argue and be overcharged and be misunderstood for the services I am requesting, I am absolutely disgusted. As much money is being spent in there by African-Americans, we should be treated better.
