Their customer service is always superb! The wait is never long and the owner Kim can do any design we request. Here she killed the 3D flowers and free hand gel design. My family and I been coming here for 10+ years and now I share her with my daughter! Good job Kim

I usually bring my niece to get her nails done here and I go to Kim occasionally when I can not get in to my normal place. I had my acrylics removed by kim who popped them off, no soak off and during that she cut my nail too short where my skin was showing.. also I got gel polish and this is what they look like the next day. Kim rushes and does not take her time. The acrylic removal and gel polish was done in less than 30 min. My polish is peeling and it is lumpy. I am highly disappointed and neither myself or my niece will be back.

First and last time, I literally left here about 45 min ago and got the deluxe pedicure. I’ll just let the pics speak for themselves. Highly disappointed

The techs never have a problem recreating any random Pinterest pic I show them, and they do a great job! The prices are reasonable, they give you a great mani-pedi, and offer facial waxing and eyelash extensions as well. The only complaint I have is the pedicure stations could be cleaner. Although the bowls are cleaned, I've never seen the massage chairs, arm rests, etc be disenfected between customers. *Plan on wait times of an hour or longer during weekends if you don't schedule an appointment!*
