Nail Sparty

I have been going to this place since 2019. For convenience mostly. They used to be absolutely amazing. However in past year I come, I always have a bill over 150 and I get half a%$ treatment. Everyone seems in a hurry. Quantity over quality. And I tip! Regardless. Because everyone deserves extra for catering to me! Not everyone is slack here, but the ones or one young guy I always get did not impress me yesterday. He's usually super nice but not this time. Maybe he was having an off day but don't take it out on your client. Not to mention the rush he was in and every other finger is cut on cuticle base because he was going way to fast on the "grinding" or whatever you call it. This is my momma time out to relax and treat myself. I am beyond disappointed!! I will NOT come back. I just wanted to give the benefit of the doubt... but not again! Ladies are extremely nice and thorough but not the guy I always get even when requesting someone else. My total yesterday was 140 and I tipped 25. Because I am a nice person. I'm so upset.

Extremely rude service. Went in with a friend for a polish change and the gentleman with the buzzed hair acted annoyed like I was inconveniencing him asking for the style I wanted. Finally he puts down the bottle of nail polish and tells me to do it myself because he has an appointment coming in. Really??? If you knew you had an appointment why did you take me, not to mention telling me to do it myself when that defeats the whole purpose of coming to the salon. I was extremely upset and uncomfortable to the point where I eventually just left to go wait for my friend in the car. To the rude gentleman if you’re reading this: find another field to work in because your customer service skills were absolutely atrocious and my friends and I will be taking our money elsewhere.
