Molly’s nails

Usually I have Micheal as my nail artist, he’s always so kind and does great work! Today was my birthday and my husband surprised me last minute to go get my nails done before dinner, I was so excited to pamper myself for my birthday but the gentleman who did my nails made the experience so bad, he cut my cuticle really badly, my gel nails look bubbly, rushed my entire appointment, when he did the hand massage it lasted 5 seconds and was very aggressive with my hands and arms. When I left the salon they asked me if I had Venmo I said “ yes, I do” he walked away without giving me the price and when I asked for the last four digits for the Venmo code I was ignored, I was so mad at this point I left so frustrated! I am not the person to say anything mean in person but I just want to say to that gentleman that you hurt my feelings and ruined my experience.

My nail lady moved to Vietnam and I was worried I would have to search for a while to find another salon. I’m quite picky since this is a high expense for me. I loved everything about this place! 5 stars for: Cleanliness, attentive staff, general vibe, and if I could give more than 5 stars for my actual nails, I would give them all! Beautiful job! Thank you so much, I will be returning!

My nails are so cute! I absolutely love coming here, they are so sweet and care about their customers, I had an incident a couple weeks ago and the very next day I had Stacy text me and offer to fix them, I appreciated them so much for fixing my nails and I’m glad I came back again and got these new pink nails, they are my go to place not only for their great work but their customer service and care ?????????????????

I walked in for an acrylic full set with gel polish. Even though I had no appointment and there were plenty of people getting their nails done as well, I only waited about 10 minutes. My nail tech was quick but also did an amazing job. She stopped multiple times throughout the appointment to make sure I was satisfied with my nails. I will be back!
