Nail Today

6/4/25: Such an awesome experience!! The staff was so courteous and pleasant and welcoming. Tech named Jenny did my nails and she was just the sweetest thing she was gentle and my nails came out perfectly beautiful. This will definitely be my go to nail salon thank you!! 4/15/25: Another excellent manicure by Jenny who in my experience is the very best tech ever. She’s just so sweet and goes out of her way to please her customer. I did the chrome for the first time and I couldn’t be more pleased. Well done Jenny!!!

The owner is awful, had a horrible attitude will not smile or engagein a conversation overcharged me because no prices said $59. It was posted at $44 this was the worst birthday gift I ever received. Also I had my eyebrows waxed and they look worse than they did when I went in. The lady he told to do them was interrupted by what she was doing which was sleeping in a pedicure chair. This was my first and last time to this establishment. The ends of my nails are not even painted they look artificial. #ripoff#worstdayever

This was my first time going here and it will not be the last. My nails are exactly what I asked for. They were very professional and efficient.

I am literally still in the parking lot. Came for a regular manicure, and my nails look worse than when I arrived. Asked multiple times for them to just fix it in any way, and he pretty much told me this is as good as its gonna get. "My cuticles are too thick" I had to ask to clean underneath my nails This is the absolute worst manicure I've ever had. I could've done a better job myself. Thought I'd give them a try because they're close to home. Awful mistake. UPDATE 11.8.23 I went back to take the "manager" up on their offer to fix my nails Upon my arrival, a guy said they don't fix nails and I can read the policy. I asked him who wrote the response to my review, and he shrugged his shoulders. He also added, "If you don't like this place, you can go somewhere else." Well, I DON'T like this place. I thought they had learned SOMETHING, anything about customer service in the past few days. Clearly, I was wrong. I will be going somewhere else, obviously, and you should too.
