Had a great experience !The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming!Their hospitality made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was authentic and absolutely delicious, with great attention to detail in both flavor and presentation. You can really feel the passion behind what they do. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a genuine taste of Japan and a warm, friendly atmosphere!

This Japanese izakaya felt like stepping into Japan! The food was so delicious and authentic, and we loved the cozy vibe. Highlights were the sashimi platter which was extremely fresh, and the juicy pork gyoza. Also enjoyed their more unique dishes like the beef roll which had enoki and veges inside, and the mackerel sushi. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for a group meal!

I came here for dinner and had a great time! The manager and waitress were wonderful people and were happy to have a chat with me. The waitress and I found out we both liked the same band and she started playing their songs on the speaker! It made my day ??

I'm staying at the Ultimo next door and my window faces Daruma, so I decided to give it a try. I got the tempura udon (my go-to if I don't know what to order) and the special of the day which was the grilled mackerel. The udon was good but they put the tempura in the soup which isn't my fave way of eating it. Not a big deal since I can just take it out but the veggie tempura got very soggy quickly and broke apart. Taste wise it was delicious. By the time I finished my udon, the mackerel came, and the only reason I ordered it was bc my server told me it was a kind of small piece and that I would be able to finish it, but it was actually so big ???? I was sitting at that table for like 30 minutes slowly eating the fish and picking out all the bones. I was so full. But overall very satisfied as everything was yummy and the service here was so sweet. You can definitely tell this is a legit place bc almost all the other patrons were actual Japanese people lol, and all the employees were speaking Japanese (and not Chinese or Korean, as it usually is).
