This is a no-fuss Chinese restaurant that offers great value for money. They have a wide range of set menus, and each one comes with rice, a main dish, a side, soup, and even tea. Everything is tasty, well-portioned, and served quickly. Perfect spot for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Definitely a reliable go-to for simple, hearty Chinese food.

the Taiwanese braised pork was delicious, not too sweet and the cut size is small, not dry and the skin is melted in your mouth. the meat ratio with the rice is imbalanced, like only few scoops of meat wilth that many rice, maybe this can be explained by the second choices, I choose the deep fried pork (braised pork with rice & 1 selection of small dishes). deep fried pork was ok, not bland nor overpowered. but $18 for this amount of food is such a bargain, especially in the city

We ordered 4 large Taiwanese set meals, each one came with a generous portion of rice topped with stewed minced pork and a side dish. We tried the deep-fried cuttlefish bar, deep-fried pork, deep-fried chicken, and Taiwanese sausage. Every dish was satisfying and delicious!???????? The stewed minced pork over rice was definitely the highlight!! It was so rich, savoury, and full of flavour. It truly felt like comfort food. The pickled radish on top added a nice crunchy texture and helped balance everything. The sides were just as good as well as crispy, well-seasoned, and not overly greasy. I especially enjoyed the taiwanese sausage and deep-fried chicken. The downside is that the place is quite small, so we had to wait about 15 minutes during dinner time. It also felt a bit cramped inside, making it a bit hard to move around. Overall, though, the food was worth the wait and I would definitely come back again to enjoy these comforting Taiwanese dishes!

Haven't been here for years. Food still good. Ordered at the door, food came fast. The set meal was $18 for large plus $2 for a soup. The cold dish was dear which is $6. Not big size

Loved the mince rice with their homemade chilli oil. Absolute gold. Wintermelon tea was too sweet for my liking but green tea was nice and refreshing. Fried chicken, pork chop and Taiwanese sausage were good too. Tables are small and really close together but worth it for the yummy rice. Service is quick. Might need to wait a bit for a table but moves fast. Wish they would add Taiwanese steamed egg to their menu.
