The best inexpensive hibachi in the Chattanooga area... My wife and I have been eating here for over 20 years. This was our place when we were dating. The white sauce is great, but the homemade hot sauce is BOMB! Portions are large. You want leave feeling hungry. This place ranks in my top 5 favorite locally owned places....

Great food and great service. I have no idea why I've constantly driven by but never eaten here. Will definitely be back. Meagan was working the register and the tables and made sure we were well take care of. She was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu selections. The food was tasty and hot. The sauces were familiar, but with their own unique take on them. The white sauce is likely the best I have had. The ginger salad dressings were also very good. Overall an excellent experience.

Quite possibly the best hibachi in Chattanooga, definitely the best in Red Bank. Friendly staff, clean dining area. You should definitely plan on eating here, tonight.

My wife and I have eaten in lots of Japanese restaurants. We have eaten some really good places. This was not one of them. The yum yum sauce was yuk yuk. The steak was thin slices and rubbery at best. I will say the zucchini was good. As far as service, the server wasn’t very knowledgeable and offered so so service. The atmosphere left a lot to be desired. When we drove by it the first time, we were unsure if it was closed down or not. Overall not a recommended location. Some may disagree and everyone is entitled to their own opinions but as for me…no thanks. I will stick to Teriyaki of Japan. Two positive things about this location…the zucchini and the ice water.

Best yum yum sauce in the game and I love their food. Unfortunately for them I go to the competition because of their unpredictable hours and the long wait time for the food when I do end up there. Called it in ahead of time hoping that would speed the process up. Was told 20 minutes on the phone and then waited and an additional 30 min when I got there. No acknowledgement like it’s basically the norm..so I’ll drive 10 minutes out of the way and get my food quicker.
