Super Shine Car Wash

Came to get my BMW Z4 washed with the drive through car wash and it didn't clean my car fully. I bought the $15 deluxe package and it left streaks of dirt on the lower parts of my car.

Car wash is joke doesnt consistency feed out soap, soap seems water down. My truck looks worse then when I started after doing there 8 step wash. Won't ever go back total scam if you ask me.

Just went for a car wash because my toddler asked to. I decided to do the self serve because the last time I used the touchless my car didn’t look any different. Paid $18 to wash my own car, and now it has streaks all over it with lots of new deep scratches. I used the rinse, spray soap, tri-colour soap, and the foam brush, going over my vehicle multiple times… how is my car still just as dirty? No one in my family will be back.

Tried the touchless car wash, complete waste of time and money. Not worth it if it was free. A garden hose would do better. Seriously these are the after photos when I got home like 1km away and got at it by hand!! Responding to owner - I did not expect a massive difference, I really only expected it to knock the mud away, half expected to have a bit of dirt after, but almost none was gone... Yes I was on some back roads, back and forth to Horne lake a few times. Also I did only take the $10 basic wash, like I said, I was only looking to knock the mud off.

Three other drivers plus myself turned away and didn't spend a dime here because the point of sale unit was malfunctioning. It's an ongoing problem because there's confusing hand written instructions at the pos unit, but the company hasn't bothered to replace the device. I've used it before and it worked, but not this time. 4 missed sales. Too bad. Fix it.
