SUN NAILS

I asked for short and round. I got squared, longer than I wanted and the shade did not match the example I picked. He had a nail length and shape on his hand that I asked for. Mine look nothing like that. Maybe the boy who did my nails was still in training but this is the worst set of nails I’ve had. Ever. This morning my hair was already getting caught in my hair-something that shouldn’t happen till 2 weeks into a set. I will not be returning here for my nails.

I have had nothing but problems with getting nails done right. They chip and break easy just had them done 2 weeks ago and they’re broken.

I should have read the reviews before I went here. I have yet to find a decent nail salon in Columbus, but this one takes the cake. I came in to get a gel manicure for a wedding that I am in. For reference I had (key word HAD) medium length nails, and I haven’t had paint on my nails in almost a year. The nail technician filed my nails down to nubs. When I told him they are too short he just laughed. I won’t go into depth how he was also breathing down my neck as I was paying to make sure he got a tip. I know in the scheme of things this is champagne problems. I’m just over bad customer service in general and overpriced bad nail experiences in this town!

I had a really bad experience here. The woman who did my nails rushed ridiculously fast through the process. She wouldn’t even let me pick a color because she wanted to start filing my nails. Like I had to pick my color with one hand while she filed my nails with the other. She was SO messy. She rushed through putting the powder on so much that it was lumpy, and then she just filed it down. Probably the worst manicure I have ever had in my life. Then I was charged 45 DOLLARS for a dip manicure that took 10 minutes and looked like absolute garbage. HIGHLY don’t recommend this place. Go anywhere else.

Always polite…I always request Lisa! She is amazing and very fast! I earn points every time I go and it builds up and I get a discount!
