Nail Pro

I went to Nail Pro to get my first set of acrylic nails. Todd was very polite & helped me understand the process as well as the upkeep. He did really well with not nicking the skin with tools unless he was distracted by new guests or other employees. Friday is the best time to go in my opinion. I’ve never had to wait even though I’m a walk-in. I had my polish on for 3 weeks & it did not chip. I’m a truck driver so I have heavy use with my hands. I’m my opinion, give them a chance.

I was polite and gave $10 tip but they tell you (and signs say) $50 for acrylics. They dont tell you it is $20 to polish your nails?!!! Had to go home and file thick humps out of the nails and polish them at home after paying $70 + $10 tip. Simply wont go back. There were people calling and arguing about how they were charged during my appt as well :/

Went their to get a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure awesome! Manicure not so much. It looks sloppy, they are bumpy, and one is cut more on one side and it looks crooked. Sad to say I paid 149 and change for all of it plus a 20$ tip. When I got home and really was looking at them it’s kind of a dissatisfaction. I won’t recommend anyone there because quality isn’t the best...

Way too overpriced for what I received!!! This is the worst gel manicure I’ve had. I came in asking for “thin” French tip, even provided an example. Would have been ok if it was at least neatly done. Sloppy job over all. The shape is uneven overall. They need to come down on their pricing for this type of work.

This Nail Pro has been in the mall since it opened 15 years ago, that should tell you they're doing something right. They have *base* prices for manicures, pedicures, and waxing. All of which I have had done and was very pleased with. I love coming back here to get my nails done every few weeks, I always get so many compliments on them! +Sean and Judy are my go-to's. As they are very precise, gentle, and want you to be 100% happy with their service. +If you go back to them after a nail breaks or to get acrylics balanced, they will fix for less if you had it done by them before.
