New Nails Salon

This is a family run business that I support fully! I love everyone here and I have been going here since I was a little girl and got my nails painted for the first time. It now has new owners that have continued the legacy! I love coming here and I love it so much, that I tell everyone about it. My nails get compliments almost daily and I’m always so excited to tell them about New Nails and my girl, Beth! I started off doing gel on my natural nails and worked my way up to GelX and I’ve never been happier! I look forward to my monthly appointments with Beth and love that she knows my vibe and exactly what will work for me. My nails have never been healthier and I swear by Beth! This salon is kid friendly and even did my sons first pedicure and he still talks about how relaxing it was and how much he loved it to this day! I love the family business atmosphere and nothing makes me happier than to support a small business that is doing the absolute MOST for their clients. I will never go anywhere else. The entire staff is 10/10! Friendly, fun and inviting atmosphere.

I recently went to this establishment to get my nails done. I’m highly disappointed in most of the nail salons in Columbus, Ga. The nail technician that was assigned to provide my services at this Location appeared to be okay in the beginning but quickly became disappointed because the towel she originally going to use had fallen on the floor and I’m guessing she thought I didn’t see it and was shocked when I asked if she could get a new one she said it didn’t fall. I didn’t argue with her She knew it was unsanitary. She bought the towel, then left and ask another nail tech to start my nails. Honestly I was about to leave due to her lying, so I told him I’ll be back and I left and found a better one. It’s very disappointing that we spend our hard earned money in a nail establishment that’s licensed by the State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers but are clearly are putting us at risk daily by individuals like this that don’t value their career or the customers life. Stop allowing nail salons to service you without cleaning. All surfaces must be completed clean with a disinfectant before and after each client. It’s so important to pay attention before and during your services. People really just don’t care and are looking to make quick bucks. I’m done, and tired. Covid-19 cases have decreased and so has sanitation.

Go see Diane and Anne. They're so talented. Both technicians are polite, very experienced, and know how to steer me in the right direction when it comes to color choices. I like to lean towards greens and Diane helps add more color to my life.

I’ve been getting serviced here for a little over a year. Never have I left dissatisfied. The people are super nice and very talented. Today “T” did my nails and they are prettier than any nails I’ve ever seen!!! Shiny and pearl-like. Absolutely gorgeous, I am absolutely thrilled with how lovely and feminine they are!!!! ???? A+++
