A Plus Nails and Spa

I absolutely LOVED my experience at this place. The people were nice, listened to what it was that I wanted, and told me if they could do it or not. I really appreciate Rose, and her way of doing acrylic. the amount was light, smooth, and beautifully shaped, didn't feel heavy or clunky. she was very sweet, and made sure I like the color and design before moving on to the next nail. Rose's dedication to DETAIL; making sure I could get my keys out without smearing, and helping me remove excess lotion really made me feel like she was there to help. I will happily return to this shop. they are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better/nicer/knowledgeable than the mall, and those other shops in the area who deliberately don't listen to what you want/offer you unnecessary services just to up charge; or just make you feel like you're just a business transaction. I highly recommend A plus nails. In my opinion, they understand customer service, and execute beautifully.

This place is ALWAYS 10/10! They are so kind and treat you so well! I go here everytime for my nails and not once do they disappoint. I definitely recommend!!

Visited this Salon on 12/28/2023. Today is 01/02/2024. Four of my nails have already fallen off. I was charged $66 dollars for this poorly done SNS job. Will not recommend to anyone.

I need to report this salon to the Board of Cosmetology! It was my 1st & last time there. I paid over $70 for an overlay. My nails were butchered by the man who works there. He never removed all of the old overlay. I asked for my nails to be cut just a little. I explained that my nails are soft. He cut them all different lengths, the filed the sides very hard. The sides aren't supposed to be filed like that. I had to ask him to stop & get me someone else. My nails chipped, broke, and now my whole nail is about to come off. It hurts very bad, causing me extreme pain if I just bump it. I think it's infected. He also took the electric file into the bed of my nail. I guess to make my nails weaker,so I'd have to get tips and start all over again. Believe me, you don't want to go there!
