Very clean, incredible nail salon! They are so thorough and detailed with each customers nails and wishes. I was very happy with my nails as I love them to be on my natural nails and clean. The environment is comfortable and unique as well!

I have read very good things about this salon. My daughter and I decided to try it out. We both got natural nail manicures. This place is worth the hype. They do one thing I've never seen any other salon do. If you pay with cash, you get a discount. This will be my go to salon.

Love love love this nail salon! I got the????????best????????pedicure???????? ever. Period. Binz did a fabulous job and really took his time. My toes look great and my feet feel fabulous! Edited to add: If you pay in cash you get a 5% discount. Good to know if you want to pull out cash before hand :)

My first time I got there around 5pm very pleasant when I came in. And told them what kind of service I wanted. I asked for dip and to see the polish for dip after to match my pedicure. After finishing the pedicure I was told the color I selected would not work with dip on my hands Thankfully the nail tech was able to use clear dip and gel polish over my dip which is not what I wanted but took it. Approaching 7pm when the facility is about to close staff seemed like they were rushing and I had not received all my services. I asked for a full face wax and was told it $25 but when I got back there the lady changed it to $32 I'm assuming because she was ready to go. So I decided just to do eyebrows. They came out terrible no shape or nothing even the other customer left said it was not an arch or anything simply put wax and pulled it off she didn't even try to shape it. She did offer to go back over but immediately I was hesitant because why did you even think this was OK! So I declined when I got to the register although she knew I was disappointed she charged me $132 for my services including the eyebrows and got called someone who came in and told me come back and get it fixed. It's ashame to charge someone for something and tell them come back in a few days to get it fixed. I spent a lot and for her to charge me knowing she did not do a good job and tell me to come back in a few days and I have an event tomorrow bothered. I loved the nail shop itself but quality service comes before the fee in my opinion

I'm new to Columbus and I've been looking for a good nail salon and this is it! I found it on my way out of town but lucky I did. Great service, pricing was reasonable, and the massage chairs are awesome! The chair almost put me to sleep. It actually did put my daughter to sleep! The nail tech did a great job and was very friendly. This place is super cute, cozy, quiet, and relaxing music to give that real spa touch. I love it!
