Seven Heaven Nail & Spa

I am so disappointed. This was my third time here. Really enjoyed the first two times and they did an amazing job but today was not the case. The nail tech insisted I had overlay and to prove a point that was not going to be proven she used her drill and purposely shaved the left side of my thumb. After telling her no I do not have overlay these are my natural nails. My shellac has bubbles and some nails are see through.

i’m giving a 5 star review for May specifically. She was incredibly fast while also providing amazing quality work. She was so quick she got my new set finished before they could even start my families pedicures while they just sat waiting for someone to become available. she finished my new set and started my pedicure at the same time as my family was tended to and i was able to get a new set and pedicure in the duration it took for the rest of my family to receive only a pedicure. Fast and Quality work from May!!! Awesome experience with her.

They did mine and my friend’s nails both different nail techs and we were rushed even cut my finger. Seemed like everyone was rushing literally left bubbles inside the nails and uneven shape. Disappointed. Literally paid over $120 for both.

Pedicure: I paid for the VIP pedicure. I wish I would have paid for the most basic pedicure. From start to finish the pedicure itself was 25 minutes. I paid for: "Seven Heaven V.I.P Pedicure$62 Deluxe pedicure, plus: Refreshing orange treatment Hot stone massage and extra foot massage" Yes it did have the things listed but I would say I expected a relaxing spa pedicure and I would not say that that $62 did that in 25 minutes. The extra foot massage was about a 1 minute massage on each foot. The orange treatment was just an orange slice being squeezed onto my legs and scrubbed in. The technician was perfectly fine, no issue with her. **The manager did call after and said that the technician did rush and the VIP should have been a 35-45 minutes service. I do appreciate he refunded me the difference between a VIP and a $44 deluxe pedicure instead. The deluxe includes the extra paraffin wax. But I wouldn't even go back for the deluxe. The paraffin wax sits on your feet for maybe two minutes with the hot towel. If I go back I'd only pay for the most basic, classic pedicure. I don't think each add on is worth the jump in price when the service is something that is so quick. I wouldn't say that the 25 minute pedicure I received was even what I'd consider "deluxe."

Went there for a pedicure with my mom today and the man that covered my service did an excellent job!! I absolutely love the way he painted my toes, making sure they were all cleaned up and the massage was great! I will definitely be coming back here again. We absolutely loved the service, thank you !!
