Had got a pedicure by someone who was “practicing”. I was ok with it until he sliced my toe with the tool and cut me with the nippers. I had went on Valentine’s Day. Was thinking of not posting this but I am in fact going to because everyone who pays to get pedicure services or anyone who goes here should at least get another customers experience. My toe and pinkie toe were bleeding and over flowing with blood after being cut as well with the nail nippers. The workers around him that saw only passed him a tiny baby blue liquid to pour on top and that’s all. I will not be returning here, plus they didn’t give me my receipt after I had paid. I’ve always had good service till that had happened. In fact it was bleeding for 2 days straight and then pus started coming out for another few more days. As i was cleaning it in my own and putting treatment on it that way it didn’t get infected, I noticed the skin piece (next to nail on toe) was sliced and just hanging there. Which now it is better since I had taken care of it and wore bandages with cleaning. Here are some pictures for reference. My toe was so swollen! I didn’t get no discount price for all the mess up from the cuts. Didn’t feel like a luxury service..

I’ve been coming here for a little while now. Only for pedicures as I no Longer wear acrylics. And I have always had great service they always treat me well even offer alcoholic drinks. This time around was different I went a day before thanksgiving around noon and it wasn’t packed at all. They gave me very poor service, my nail tech wasn’t rude but would suggest to wait until she was done to give me opinion on my nails. My nails turned out okay and I didn’t see anything wrong with them then so I didn’t complain. I paid my service plus tip and left but after a few days my nails started peeling off my hair would gets stuck on my nails and they just started to get ugly. I came back a few days later and they told me they weren’t able to do nothing about it and that I had to pay to get them fixed when I had already wasted 80 for this set I understand they have a policy but look at my nails after one week. This is so disappointing I understand policy but please understand us customers we also work hard for our money as they do for theirs. Unfortunately I will not be returning

Came to see Annie here at Luxe nails OK love her designs love her work I highly recommend her and for pedicures I recommend Kayla so please come and get your set of nails. They’re very nice always taking care of their customers and they always offered wonderful drinks to their customers you will not be disappointed. Merry Christmas????

I went 2 weeks ago to get a full set. Service was quick, I was offered a beverage & I was satisfied with my nail set. However, the nail tech didn’t really communicate with me. She listened to music in her ear. Second, she brought the different dips in my color range & just colored them onto a paper towel & pointed. She didn’t say choose one. I knew what she wanted me to do but It would be nice if they communicated with their customer. I tipped $10 anyways because I was happy she took her time & made sure my nails were all similar in size & shape. I have OCD so I appreciated this. The second time I went which was Saturday 11/4/2023 was a nightmare. As soon as I arrived I was asked to wash my hands & seated with a technician (fast service). I wasn’t offered a beverage this time though. I asked the nail tech to give me a full set which means removal of my old powder nails. I figured they’d use the acetone to remove them but nope. He grabbed an old nail, slid it underneath & into the side on my nail. Pop. He told me to “let him know if it hurts”. I was like wow. He did this to 2 nails & once I saw I was bleeding I became uncomfortable. I asked him if there’s another way to remove the powder nails instead of ripping them off & he said “yes but it takes longer”. I was baffled. I am paying for their time & service. After one more nail I just got up & left. Side note, I have anxiety & depression. Especially social anxiety. It takes a lot for me to even go out alone & get my nails done. I’m also very passive so it was hard to articulate my discomfort & pain. Anyways I was scarred to say the least. I will not be returning again. The owner did offer to do my nails at a discount after my husband went in to complain about my service. However I was embarrassed & crying so much I couldn’t go back in. Also, my 3 nails were very sensitive & bleeding. This is day 3 & my nails are still very sensitive. I give 2 stars because the first time I went I loved my experience. I was going to my nephew's wedding and I needed my nails done I let the technician Miss Annie know the colors I would be wearing. She did an amazing job on my nails and she waxed my eyebrows. And they even gave me a gift as a thank you. OMG I almost forgot to tell you they ask you if you would like something to drink . They gave me a wine glass of water with a slice of orange in it. it was so nice and cold and refreshing it was the best experience ever . I highly recommend this place
