Thank you to Jenny, she’s a real professional. I got my nails and eyelashes done in this salon and I really like the service. The eyelashes came out very pretty and she has them done as I wanted. I have done nails here too overall pretty good, the service is good. A little bit higher prices that usual but it is valid due to the service

I am in love ???? I've been shopping for a new nail salon for a long time (ever since my last manicurist moved back home) and I can finally stop looking! My nails turned out exactly like the pic I showed the technician. She listened and gave me exactly what I asked for with great attention to detail. Shape is great and no crooked/thick nails here! I cannot rave about this new set enough! Book your appointment with Judy, her work is ???????????? I am completely obsessed!

I visited this place on recommendation of my aunt, who is a loyal customer, and gets her nails done with amazing designs and styles. I was disappointed, to say the least. I showed various styles of cat eye, which is what I specifically wanted, and I let the man choose what he thought he could do the best. I will post what I wanted vs. what I got. Apart from this, they never offered me a drink, and they offered everyone else a drink. I sat far away from everyone else, which I also thought was weird. I was hoping this would be my go-to since I'm moving here soon but I left disappointed.

I went to have my nails done at another place over the weekend. They did a bad job! I came to Palladium Nail Bar this morning and they took me in right away as a walk-in. I saw Cailyn, I had to do a new set which I did not mind. She is so sweet! Took her time on my nails and did an awesome job! I am so happy on the way they came out. I will definitely come back to see Cailyn for my nails! Thank you !

I went Friday to a pedicure and got a Pearl pedi not a cheap one and expected it to go great. Didn’t get to catch her name but the big girl with tattoos on her face and arms was my manicurist and as she was trimming my nails she cut me not once but twice. The first time I let it go cause it wasn’t that bad but the second time hurt so I told her and she said “I’m not cutting you!” “I said well I’m telling you it hurts!” And she said “of course it’s going to hurt I’m cutting your nails!” Which makes no sense cause no ma’am it ain’t supposed to hurt at all and she had a lot of attitude and threw her equipment don’t I drained my bowl and said “someone else can deal with you” MOST RUDE customer service ever. All because I let her know she cut me? I shouldn’t have been bleeding from my toe. The nail tech that took over was so sweet and did the job right but I just hate that on my birthday I had to deal with such a rude individual.
