My experience at Luminous Nails is always a good one but if you want an “outstanding” manicure and pedicure be sure to request Tony. He is polite, listens to what you want, gives an honest opinion on colors and overall awesome! My favorite part is the massage; not just anyone can give a great massage. Thank you Tony!

They do the BEST eyebrows, I was keeping it my secret but I think everyone should know ?? I grow really thick eyebrows like a Papa, and every time I go somewhere to get them done, they still look kinda boxy (despite the artist ripping out as much hair as they can while keeping its shape) !!!!But the day I came here my life changed, no more awkward eyebrows. I have been getting compliments from my coworkers about my eyes and skin all because of my eyebrows. It’s honestly been an amazing month, and for a eyebrow wax, it lasted so long!!! I’m so happy I have to go back ????????????

So disappointed by this place. It seems like no one is ever trained properly at the nail salons anymore. The the employees wear face masks, and the complimentary margarita was yummy but that's the only good thing I can say. One of the employees who was sitting at a nail desk across from me pulled her mask down and picked her teeth with her fingernail. So gross and unsanitary. My pedicure was not good. The scrub and massage were very weak and not thorough. As you can see in the pictures the polish looks like it was done by an amateur! I could have done a better job myself. When I went up to the desk to pay, one of the employees came to the desk but then just grabbed a bottle of something and walked away. The other employee who sits closest to the desk looked up at me but then just looked back down. Neither of these employees said a word to me. I stood there for a few minutes and finally just put cash on the counter and told the employee that I put my payment there. Again she barely grunted at me. No thank you, have a nice day, nothing! I realize now why this place has less than a 4 star rating. I wish I had taking that more seriously before throwing away my money. So many nail salons in this town. So hard to find one that is any good. ????

Luminous Nail Salon is amazing! They provide exceptional customer service while offering a variety of luxury services and great drinks. Lindsey is amazing and very sweet. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I’ve tried to give this business the benefit of a doubt because it’s a very convenient location for me and sometimes I’m too lazy to go to the places i know are good so I’ve gotten pedicures here about 5 times since it opened, months apart. I’ve always come home disappointed. The staff is very friendly but every time I get a pedicure they’re too rough with the tools. This time I came home with skin peeling off the bottom of my foot, not callous, the kind of skin that’s painful when you pull on it like they went too deep with the cheese grater. The time before this they scraped the side of my foot with the file. The time before that they clipped my big toe in a way that made it grow back ingrown. I have nice feet and I don’t have these problems at other places. It’s like they intentionally mess up your feet so you have to go back more often.
