I actually feel bad leaving 1 star because Danny was super super awesome. I loved him. With that said I had 3 nails break off within 11 days. I haven’t broken a nail in a year with my usual salon. I don’t do heavy work, I actually felt zero pain when they broke. The product is very low quality. Three diamonds fell off within 2 days. But it wasn’t glue that was the issue, it was the diamond, the bottom part stayed but the clear diamond part came off. The powder and diamonds are low quality. I don’t have these issues elsewhere. You can see a part of the diamond missing on my ring finger.

I was really surprised. They did very beautiful and natural nails. They served very well. I went to many places but I wanted to come back to gloss nails spa.

First time here and had a great experience. Nail Technician was patient and gentle with my nails due to them being so thin. Pedicure Technician also did a great job ????. I will be coming back

I’ve been coming here for years to get my nails done and they always do quality work, and go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Today I got a full set done by Emmy and she really did an amaaazing job with it, paying attention to the little details until it came out exactly like the picture I brought in. I’ve been to a lott of nail salons in SA, and I’ll always come back to Gloss.

I returned from my last visit in December to complete a fill and change of cut/color. (Last year I was not committed to continuing service but o am a loyal customer. When I felt the need to get a pedi or mani I did return) Meanwhile I noticed a new update look and different staff. Service was quick no wait. I got what I asked for and was very pleased with the results. I will return again. Let’s see if this trend continues..
