A little back story. So my sister told me that for spring and summer she loves to go blonde. Being me I wanted to help. We don't know exactly what went wrong but we had a hot mess that over spilled and freaked my sister out. This day was going to be her first day at a new job. We were in a time crunch and I must say that upon meeting this beautiful woman Miss Olivia, I didn't think my sister's day was going as planned. Miss Olivia, was so on point and so down to earth, that she understood the assignment 100%. The amount care and compassion she gave my sister was beyond phenomenal. She took my sister for a ride. Customer Service is a dying service, but not here at QTT beauty supple co. Above and beyond customer Service was given to my sister. The added bonuses was watching my sister get a boost of confidence and some gorgeous hair, and getting to witness it as it all unfolded. I personally can't thank you enough Miss Olivia. 20+ stars if it would rate that high. Posting before and after.

I absolutely love this wig store! Ray, the girl who always helps me, is incredibly kind, genuine, and helpful. She always takes her time to guide me and helps me choose the best wig for me. She makes the experience so easy and enjoyable. The store has a great variety of styles, all of very good quality, and the prices are super affordable compared to other places. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful wigs and excellent customer service!

I was recommended to this store by lily . I needed some products for my hair to bring out my curls and for dryness and she recommended a few products I bought them and after a couple days I felt the difference .Thank you lily for all your help super helpful my new place to get all my hair needs !

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I went in and Lily helped me out today. I was completely out of my comfort zone and I had no idea what I was doing.. Lily walked me through, showed me all the products, helped me picked the best options. She was nice and didn't make me feel uncomfortable.. She explained everything to me and I really appreciate her for that.. I know its just a Beauty Supply Store, but the nerves I had about not knowing what I was going to need was real!!! Huge shout out to her and QTT!!! Ill def be back to shop with y'all again!

The two young girls on front counter today 06/07/25 around 1:20pm. One was Hispanic definitely in high and the other one African American in high school with baby hairs down to her eyebrows. BOTH of them are beyond rude. Laughing and smirking at customers/guest. They do this often always mocking individuals who come into shop. I have noticed they definitely more so do it to customers that they find different looking. They don't greet you, if they see your are trying to find something they don't say nothing to you. I was in the store about a day or two ago and they were making fun of some other individual and I was really set back by their behavior. It's like children these days have no respect or consideration of others. To avoid trying to figure out when they will be there and when they won't be there. I WILL NEVER spend another dime in this store from this day going forward. It's a shame because it's convenient and it has items that are easy for touch ups until a next hair appointment. I have tried to hold it in but I no longer will deal with this. There are 3 other ladies who work there who are all so sweet and attentive. But those high schoolers definitely killed it all for me.
