My daughter and I ate lunch here. We both got the Italian. You order at the side of the counter (not where the register is), you grab your own drink and chips, and pay after you eat. I don't have a problem with any of that. It's just that Noone tells you that and there's no signs telling you any of that, so if you're new, it's good to know. The sandwiches were pretty good. But they weren't something I'll be craving or going out of my way to eat again.
Really cool family owned sub shop, I keep coming back for their awesome cheesesteak. Perfect lunch stop ????
A very cozy local spot for Subs. They’re leaps and bounds better than eating your soul away at Subways. Ingredients are fresh, seating is cozy and the owners great you at the door. Think of this place as Cheers for Subs. Everybody knows everybody. You’d go in for food, stay for the experience. Of course none of this would mean much if the food wasn’t just as amazing. Tried their Italian and the steak and cheese. Loved the Italian, so tough to much with cold cuts and these guys manage just that. The steak and cheese was good, but I didn’t care much for the mayo and ketchup. But there might be a niche for it? Definitely going back and trying the meatball sub next time!
OH EM Geeeelisious! I had a hankerimg for a nice italian sandwich. Saw a post about this place on my food group, took a shot and man was my sandwich everything I had hoped for. He didn't skimp on the meat and it was so yummy. You've got a customer for life with me!
Antonioni’s is a perfect small, no frills, in and out, great bang for your buck type of place. Also, SO much better than any sandwich shop in the area. I usually order the large Italian with no onions and split it with a coworker or take half of it home. Just half of the sandwich (pictured below) is bigger than the paper plate it’s on! I love the spicy peppers because they aren’t too hot but definitely compliment the sandwich with a nice kick. I’ve also tried the meatball (nothing out of this world, imo) and cheese steak (which is not a “traditional” cheese steak- they’re happy to explain it to you) however, I always find myself coming back to the Italian.
