Carlos' Beer Garden

Just like the South Texas Icehouse beer gardens of times past is Carlo's Beer garden. Cold beer, friendly waitstaff and very good burgers and etc. Come in with your tee and shorts and fit right in. This is a place you can take your friends and feel welcome.

Best burger in town. I love the jumbo burgers and the prices are very reasonable. You can get a burger and beer for $10. Everyone is nice too. Warning though, it is an outdoor place so in the summer even inside it can get warm.

I’ve been using Carlos’s Barbershop for roughly 8 years now. Occasionally I will arrive early to take advantage of the food served in the adjoining Beer Garden. Every meal purchased has been exceptional! The wait has never been unreasonable, the price and the taste have been the same for 8 years. Pretty convenient to have the option of eating before/after my hair cut.

Great local spot with great food and great service. It is not air conditioned, so beware of Houston summer heat here. With that said, I really like the steak and onion sandwich, wings, egg rolls, and burgers. The beer is always cold and the servers are always friendly.

We stopped for our first try today and the food was fabulous! It's nothing fancy, a small little ice house, little kitchen, good atmosphere and good food. The service was a little a slow at first, but there were 2 servers, and a pretty decent crowd, so they were doing the best they could. The only downside is smoking was allowed inside, which I didn't love because there were no tables available near non smokers. We were kind of forced to sit behind a table of smokers, and it would have been nice if they could have been aware their smoke was blowing our way, but by the time it got super annoying, we were done. Try it out! They have lunch specials M-F.
