Liquor Cabinet

The Liquor Cabinet went above in beyond in their efforts and help to make our wedding reception an awesome experience for guests. Faith and Jeanette were so informative and helpful in planning the bar set-up, beverages to serve, and patient in answering any email questions, and even met with me in person. The bartenders they provided for our event were hard working, polite, and served each guest with a smile. Thank you so much Liquor Cabinet!

The customer service here has always been great but today it was above and beyond!! I recently started purchasing my Geek Bar Pulse Vapes from here because of their AhMazeBalls sale of 2/$30. Well a few days ago my vape that had just hit 50% gone almost exploded in my hand, I suddenly smelled something like wires burning (anyone that's smelled that knows exactly what I'm talking about) and we were trying to figure out where the strong smell was coming from when I felt the vape I had been holding in my hand get warmer and warmer until it slightly burned my palm (not super bad but enough to make me react) that's when I noticed it was also smoking perfusely (and not vape smoke it was like thick white smoke SMOKE), there was also a spot that had started turning orange then yellow then white in color while also melting the plastic above that spot. I ran it outside while trying to switch it off and when the switch wasn't helping all I could do was drop it so at least it wouldn't blow up in my hand lol. Well that must of jarred whatever was causing the issue enough to stop because it stopped smoking, turned off and the white colored hot spot went away leaving just the melty plastic spot behind. I was about to throw it away when I thought maybe I should take it back the next time I went into the store just so they could be aware of the issue in case they had gotten a bad batch of product and receive any complaints about it, they'd at least have mine to send back to the company as proof. So when I went in today to buy a couple vapes and a couple kratom shots I remembered to give them the almost explody vape and explain what happened so they could bring awareness to their distributor or at the very least be prepared if they received any other complaints or angry customers regarding the issue. To my surprise he offered me a replacement vape to make up for the loss and inconvenience, even though the power was shot so it couldn't be turned on to show that it was, infact, only at 50% used. This gesture meant so very much to me! Nowadays customer service standards are extremely poor (I know, I've worked in customer service pretty much my entire working life and I'm 41) which to me is sad and unacceptable but today I found an exception to that when it comes to the customer service at liquor cabinet! They're raising the bar and reminding people what AMAZING customer service is supposed to look like and because of that I will forever sing their praises and recommend them to anyone and everyone I come across!!!

Great owners! They're so very kind and easy. Huge selection. I have stores closer to me, but I like it so much here it's my go to when I want something. Beautiful place, kind of off the beaten path

We used the Liquor Cabinet to buy the alcohol for our wedding and we used them as bartenders. The planning process was so easy with them and they were so accommodating. They gave recommendations and were able to answer all of my questions. At the wedding, our guests loved all of the drinks especially the margaritas. The bartenders were also amazing! They interacted so well with everyone and were very friendly! I would highly recommend!

Had the liquor cabinet cater our wedding and was extremely pleased with their service!!! Very easy to communicate with, pricing very transparent and affordable, excellent service. They made the wedding planning process and breeze, as they clearly know what they’re doing! They will guide you on exactly what you need, how much you need, etc depending on your guest count and wants. Highly recommend!!!
