CUSTOMER REVIEWS
The food tastes fresh and well seasoned. Do add the onions! They are prepared in a way that takes away the aftertaste. The tiziki sauce is creamy and delicious. The patron in front of us also suggested asking to add rice to a gyro, it was a good suggestion. The baklava was flakey, crunchy, sweet, and dense all at the same time. We came in right before the lunch rush, if you do hit a rush expect to wait a little while, as each customer is served in order, and some items take longer to prepare than others, but the wait will be worth it. Their pricing is right and the portion sizes generous.
Always a great meal., break from the normal. They have moved the prep center to the kitchen area, I preferred it up front so i could see what was all being put on meal. Now you order, pay and go sit and wait for food. I thought it was more streamline and efficient the other way.
I was a bit disappointed this time, my hummus was very grainy and the pita dry and tough. The cashier had a difficult time differentiating whether I gave her a 5 or 10 bill. She seemed very disoriented, and kept asking the other employee this is a 5 right? She spoke very good English but just out of it
Stopped in to grab something to go before heading back to my hotel and was not disappointed. I ordered the Hummus Royal (a hummus bowl with... hummus...as well as gyro meat and other toppings) and it was a HEAPING pile of deliciousness. If I'm ever passing through again, I'll be back!
Great price, and very fresh. While not fancy, the place is clean and the food is good. The Gyro sandwich/wrap is especially good with lots of choices for toppings along with the meat. The lettuce comes from Lettuce Dreams a hydroponic farm. The only thing hard is what to order.
