Chicken Coop

Was able to call order in ahead of time. Everything was hot high quality matched what I ordered. My cashier employee there was great he made sure I got all the condiments I needed.

I got this door dashed and take out. The food was always super fresh and perfectly hot! I ate it 5 times in 9 days lol! No complaints. I got the chicken and the catfish.

Food was ok, not bad but not great. The customer service was awful. Lady ahead of me and gentleman behind me also commented. Young lady who took the order gave me the feeling that I was bothering her. Worst customer service I think I have ever had. Management needs to know this attitude does not compel customers to return.

Stumbled upon this place on a road trip getting gas across the street. Decent wait time in drive thru. Everything was hot! Chicken tenders were great. The broccoli bites were the star of the show!!!!! 9.7/10 overall. Only one sauce and my ice water had a lemon twang to it. Still enjoyed

Food: 4/5 (Crispy Chicken) Service: 4/5 (Kind staff) Great experience at Chicken Coop! Located in Saint Joseph, Michigan, this chicken is pretty good. Although a chain restaurant, some pretty good smells and chicken come out of this restaurant. The food was great! I had a large lemonade, chicken wings, and fries. The chicken was good and fried, and the lemon pepper put it over the top. Not bad! The service was awesome! The staff was patient as this was my first time experiencing Chicken Coop. Really great staff. Also, another highlight is that they are open on Sundays. Great food from Chicken Coop!
