This is not your typical taco shop, they specialize in seafood dishes, ceviche specifically. It does have the typical atmosphere of a taco shop, but the food is better imho. I had fish tacos and my friend had the ceviche. We were both impressed by the presentation and flavor of the food and will be back when we are in that neighborhood again. Costs a bit more than your typical taco shop, but worth it.
Lots of seafood options compared to your typical Midwest Mexican restaurant. Really liked that the menu has a decent variety of options that are a bit lighter fare, or at least not smothered in cheese. Tried the fish ceviche, and it was bright and satisfying. The restaurant was kind of loud and hard to talk over the house music, but the service was solid. I'd be happy to try it again sometime, especially since it's conveniently located near some great local bars with easy parking in front of city hall.
Tried this spot yesterday with my friend and had the Taco Birrias. Amazing. I liked it so much I brought my family in today. They all loved it also. The food is wonderful and the service was very friendly. We were sincerely thanked for our business more than once. It's in a fun area with breweries within walking distance. I highly recommend giving it a try.
Shrimp ceviche, Al pastor tacos and chicken Verde enchiladas, all very good! Sweetie, our server, was attentive. Cute, small place. Has outside patio.
I love that they have many seafood options here. We ordered the friend Mojarra and I like it that for a change, they have butter garlic sauce! I also tried the tamarind Margarita and I like it! There’s also a live Spanish music performance. Service is also good so we will definitely coming back.
