Agave Grill & Tequila

I saw a Karen talking about this amazing restaurant and how they discriminate against others and had to say that’s insane. I’ve witnessed first hand the equally amazing service and respect their staff provides. As gay couple I haven’t experienced such respect in a Bakersfield restaurant before. It felt like every waiter was checking on our table to ensure we were ok. The prices were great for the large portions and our drinks were made perfect. Saturday night during a rush too and I felt I didn’t wait long for anything. 10/10 food, service and atmosphere.

My friend, and I stopped off for lunch today. We were immediately greeted by Carla, who sat us down and explained what the specials were. I ordered the lunch special, chili Verde enchilada with rice and beans. It was delicious. My friend and I both decided we would come back here very soon.

Great local place recommended by hotel staff nearby. Easy to find, convenient parking, and quick service. The staff was friendly and attentive. I tried the San Diego burrito and it was delicious. Portions are huge so one is enough to share.

We went on a Friday to go enjoy some delicious seafood , the micheladas were so good and the serving size was more than enough! I suggest getting the torre or even the aguachiles, we also got carnitas and the customer service is to die for , I would suggest definitely going with a family and having a open mind because it can get pretty loud

Very tasty and delicious food! The waiter came with free chips and salsa- the salsa was flavorful and a good amount of spice. We ordered the spinach chicken enchilada and steak taco- very juicy steak. And the coffee came in a very cute mug. Definitely recommend for inexpensive, low key Mexican grub.
