I went there on my brothers, suggestion and end up going back two more times. It was a great experience each time I love how JACK explained everything he done and what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable. I’ve had my BMW since 2015, bought brand new, and had only taking it to the BMW dealership shop for maintenance which each and every time they always found something new to charge an arm and a leg for but not the case with JACK and believe me I am very particular about my car. I will definitely be going back to JACK for all my BMW needs. Great customer service and prices.!!

I should have looked more into the shop before going as i have another new problem as a result of going . Their mechanic was able to do the service I requested( the oil and front brake pads) on my vehicle HOWEVER was not familiar with a reverse lockout on my 6spd gearshift that he broke which I will now need to have repaired at the dealership that I shouldn't have to do in the first place. Beware taking any car there that is not European and uses a reverse lockout chances are their mechanic will break it and tell you "it was always like it" Beware
