Took my car here for a second opinion as another place told me there was an issue that's gonna cost over 600 bucks...Roberto was very professional in assessing the car and informed me that the afore "issue" was nonexistent. He showed me each part and advised me of a different small problem he discovered, which I will have him take care of.

Back in July my car broke down in the middle of the road I’m not from the area so I shop around the closest area proximity to me and I decided to go here, guy that answered the phone was fair & gave me a discount. Before me coming here I called the other 2 shops who were not very nice so when I heard him listening to my car problem it was a sense of relief. My car broke down again a block away from them the staff helped push my car into the shop. The mechanics were professional and fix my car in no time. The lady that was running the front was personable & friendly as well. This place is a gem!

I went to N.E.A.C due to the nice reviews on YELP but still there is that skepticism. I get my car serviced at MB Manhattan, they offer rim repair service, after several repairs and $300.00 each rim, RIM repair said that my rims could not be repaired any more and that I should buy a new set. Or that the only thing left to do was to patch up the rims and paint them. I said ok, proceed..... some months later I came across N.E.A.C. (yelp) because I needed the rims to look like new again (image is every thingy!) so what was I saying.. ohh yeah!. not only did they repair my rims, but they look better than new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! look at the pickys I could not be any happier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The repair guy (from TEXAS) told me I can scratch the rims another 100 times and he can repair them.... there is plenty of meat for him to work on. lol they are the best!!!!! if you are anal about every little detail... this is the place to go :0)

Mechanics are always helpful, they explain things and don't try to take advantage. Support staff, friendly, courteous and professional. I now take my Mom's car there also.
