I chose this body shop because I moved in the neighborhood and it was the closest one with the best reviews. I used to work in the Auto industry and I've spent a lot of time around body shops in Queens New York, knowing what to look for when things have been replaced or painted. Let me say that I am so happy I chose to do business with Bayside collision. I dealt with a gentleman named justin, Who is the owner. Great conversation. He's a hockey fan just like my son and i. Communication was excellent. The timeline was great. And most importantly, when I got my car I was very pleased with the results. Excellent body work. Excellent paint work. I would definitely recommend them.

HORRIBLE experience to say the least. We brought our car in for a minor fender bender. At first, Justin seemed very nice and pleasant, we picked this shop due to the great reviews. We dropped off the car Friday. On Monday I called to ask about the estimate, which was way overpriced! Then on Wednesday I called back to see the estimated time the work would be completed . Justin proceeded to say “I was annoying him and threaten me that he will put our car at the end of the line” and he did just that! The work was completed on the very last day of the estimated due date and the work was terrible. The pain lot job lacked professionalism. They didn’t put primer and gloss, the bumper was shaky coming off and it was stained. My hood had a scratch it didn’t have before and now my driver side door it’s squeaking probably from all the times they threw the door open. Employee Justin is very unprofessional towards customers not sure why he’s working with customers. Arthur the owner completely disregarded our complaints. I recommend finding another shop kept our car for 2 weeks and nearly did the work right SMH. The receptionist Barbara was also rude and threatening to hold my car keys to “fix” all the work that hadn’t been done. She also said I wouldn’t get my car without my deductible which I obviously knew about it and had the cash in hand. She seemed to think we didn’t have money lol They knocked off $200 from the deductible because of all the scamming they did to my insurance charged about $5K to replace a front headlight front bumper and shotty paint job ???? save yourself the headache.

The Bayside Collision team is the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are kind, honest, communicative and fast. My vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule and was spotless when picked up. Parking on the street in the Bronx, I have used this shop three times already. Their professionalism, attention to detail and sincerity has been CONSISTENT every time. For that reason, I will continue to cross the bridge from the Bronx for ANY body shop needs (big or small) minus stress and shenanigans.

Bayside Collision was able to get my car repaired a week earlier than I expected, so that was a welcome relief for me. Both Arthur and Sheldon took care of all my issues and explained everything to me in detail before the work started. There was absolutely the best customer service I have had at a repair shop and highly recommend using this shop for your auto repairs and damages. Will always use them in the future, cannot say enough good things about my experience there.

As my first experience with auto repair, Bayside Collision was amazing! The process was easy and they even fixed my car 10 days before the expected pick up date! The car looked brand new, like there was no damage in the first place! Thanks for the amazing job!
