Vivian Spa & Nails

Vivian did an excellent job with mine and my daughter's nails. It is such a sweet, clean, and professional environment. I had a rough day, and by walking into such a kind environment, it turned into the best day. Thank you so much for brightening up my nails and day. I would and have recommended you to other people. Vivian, you're an amazing person. Anyone who meets you will be blessed

I showed Vivian the picture of what I wanted and this is what I got. She knew I wasn’t satisfied.. she said “I just had to get use to them” I paid money for something I did not want. I asked for U shape French tip and got a bunch of uneven lines thats not even shaped into a U.. she was definitely rushing and did not care about my opinion. And literally kept trying to pressure me into adding more. I had to tell her “no” so many times but she just kept trying to pressure me into spending more money. She definitely will never touch my nails again. And she literally acted like it would be “too much” work to fix them. Now I have to go to another salon and spend more money just to fix her messy work. Thankfully the guy was amazing with my daughter nails.

What a disappointment! The lowest star I can give is #1. Not sure it even deserves a #1.... This woman did a terrible job! Look at the nail color closely. Such uneven coverage. I could have done better myself! I paid $54.00 for this! When I came in the door she tried to push gel manicure and pedicure., I told her I want regular polish. She then rushed through and left the nails in a sub par condition. She had a rude and angry attitude. She did massage oil into the lower legs and 3 inches into the bottom of my jeans. I mentioned this to her that the oil was getting into my Jean's and she said it was just water, now my pants have permanent oil stains! You better think twice before going to this nail salon. What a RIP off! A word of advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Replying to Vivian's comments: not true! Why would I mention that you were rubbing my pants if you weren't? My pants were push up to just below the knee. and Yes, my pants have oil stains. That is a fact. Why would I come back to a salon that did such a poor job in the first place? No thanks!

This is the second time I’ve been to Vivian and I am sold! She fixed my gel/acryllic set and saved me from some bad water issues that I was starting to get. She is honest, fast, kind and has great prices. Not to mention, I love this pastel French set … it’s probably my favorite yet. I would absolutely recommend!

Vivian Spa & Nails. My nails are lovely. The staff were very friendly and professional. The manicure and pedicure were very relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this salon. The prices were very fair, and the quality of the products was excellent. All in all, I had a great experience at Vivian Spa & Nails and I will be back soon.
