A wonderful nail salon! Everything is super clean and feels luxurious. The staff is super friendly and they have a ton of beautiful polish colors and designs to choose from. Highly recommend ??

When I took my wife there to get her nails done, she asked for a unique bikini body design, and the manicurists at Nail Palace exceeded our expectations. Their creativity and skill allowed them to create a beautifully intricate nail design that perfectly matched her request. My wife was thrilled with the results and couldn't contain her excitement. Horrible service, I went in to get manicures for myself and 2 daughter's. They were reluctant to do a water manicure on my daughters they kept telling me polish only polish only I had to ask over and over for them to do a simple manicure. As for myself I had to ask for the nail tech to use cuticle remover, I requested a gel manicure with matte black and rhinestones they charged me $60 for a gel manicure the rhinestones fell off the same day and my daughters polish chipped off the same day I payed $100 in total for all 3 services and none of them lasted 1 full day. These are services we get on a regular basis and they typically last two weeks at minimum before we have issues. I will never go here again. I visited 3 months prior under a different owner and the service was great and 1/3 the cost. These new owners have horrible customer service and up charge for everything with poor products and low quality.

Staff was super friendly! I called last minute and they fit me in. Took their time but also worked efficiently. Was my first time and will definitely be back
