Great Nails

My first time here at this location. I needed a fill. I sat and waited about 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement after initially being told to wait who knows how long the wait was. I asked the lady because I was just sitting there and the other employee was just staring at me. There were only 3 employees there at the time. The person that did my nails was a male didn’t get his name. I wanted cat eye and although they have cat eye nail polish they can’t do cat eye only a line which defeats the whole purpose that is not cat eye. So I just ended up getting the polish alone. They charge a $1 fee for all card transactions. The guy that did my nails was nice but he didn’t check for accuracy of nails so all my nails are different lengths. It’s ok though only can tell if you post attention closely.

I’m giving a 3 because the service was good I had 2 women one for my young daughter and one for myself. We got gel mani and pedi it’s been 7 days and one of my daughters toe has completely peeled off and on her had one has chipped. I’ve gotten gel done before elsewhere and they usually last forever and have to physically start peeling them for them to come off. Also while paying (was paying with phone) they automatically ask for a tip I payed 122 for service I only had toes done my daughter had both hands and feet and with tip ended up 136 I think it’s rude to ask for a tip I was going to give one regardless but to ask

I’ve been going to Great Nails for a year now, and my experience just gets better every visit! I usually get Eva and Kay and I love both their work! I need to take more pictures of their work because it’s amazing every time.

Hands down the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had! The staff was so friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. My pedicure and full set turned out perfect—such attention to detail! They even went out of their way to find me a charger so I could charge my phone. Truly above and beyond service. I will only go here from now on! Highly recommend!

Amazing salon. I didn't have an appointment and was attended quickly. Very nice and productive nail technicians. The prices were great too! $38 for a deluxe pedicure. Nice and clean monochromatic design. Felt very luxurious. One complaint is that the water was a bit cold for me and chairs weren't as comfy as they looked. Overall great place. I'll be coming back:)
