VIP Nails

If I could leave ZERO stars on this nail salon I would. I have been coming here since I was in middle school (about 10 years) and over the years the quality of their work has progressively gotten worse. The employees are also incredibly disrespectful. It’s unfortunate to see that not one employee I have had an interaction with takes pride in their work though their “art” is displayed on my hands. Kim done my nails on December 24th - the day before Christmas. When I left, the gel polish was NOT dry. She is persistently rushing through her work and refuses to acknowledge when her work is below standards. I called on the 26th to ensure they were open and that there was not a lengthy wait. They told me to come on in after I explained what had happened with my nails. When I showed up Kim told me I would be waiting a long time because I didn’t get there fast enough even though I was there within 30 minutes. This is the second time that I have made an exception for the poor service I have received from this salon. The time before this I had come to get my nails done and the male employee doing my nails could not stay off his phone long enough to even paint ONE of my nails. I became frustrated and it was apparent as I had been at their salon for 3 hours. He said “he has other stuff going on and if I want to go somewhere else then I should. Mind you my nails weren’t even 1/4 of the way done. Again…ZERO pride in what they do and do not care about customer satisfaction. Save your money and go somewhere else. Eve Nails on 54 is a great option!

Wow, they have really gone downhill. I sent my nieces in to get a Mani/Pedi, and they requested the same color for the wedding they are in and the technician said no that won’t look good on you and proceeded to paint what she wanted instead of what my niece wanted. And we’re talking variations of clear and sparkles. It wasn’t like she was trying to wear orange with red hair. Not that there’s anything wrong with it. Anyway, the technicians were subpar and the price was way too high. $70 for just a Mani/pedi, no color for my nephew. Ridiculous.

This was my go to salon for years. The manager there has always been rude and hateful. I have sat almost 1 hour before so this time I made appointment. My first appointment was cancelled by the manager she said they were to busy. So, I made another appointment. .But this time was the last time. I had an appointment and I sat there for over 40 minutes after I was told to sit down in a chair like I was a dog. The works were talking about the clients because they they thought no one understood them. they were wrong. Why would anyone what to pay those prices and be treated so poorly. There are so many places in town to choose from.

She did my nails to light where my French tip was see through she damaged my cuticles and made the hurt and bleed really rough and rude and she cut my actual nail without my permission
