OBKY Nails

I don’t put it lightly when I say trust the process. These ladies and gentlemen are professionals and so skilled at their craft. Ngyuen was fantastic, she was so nice and changed the nails until I was happy with them. Her attention to detail was amazing, double checking the shape and color with me, even going back and refiling after the top coat to make sure the shape was perfect. I’ve honestly never been happy with my manicures but this is the best one I’ve ever gotten. I will only come here every time I get them done.

Went for a pedicure and full set was out in a little over an hour. Pedicure was great. I got black matte nails with shiny black design, long coffin shape. They turned out gorgeous. Pictures don’t do them justice. I will be getting this look again. 10 out of 10!!

Pedicure was unimpressive. I chose the option that included salt scrub, sugar scrub, and leg and foot massage. Only one scrub was applied, and the foot and leg massage was just the tech applying lotion. I've definitely had better. Toenails were ok, not great. Manicure was poor. No soaking, no scrubs, etc. no attention to hands at all, only nails. I chose dip powder nails. They're crooked and lumpy with pits. One nail turned out much thicker than the others. The staff were nice though, and they let my kid come back and sit in the chair beside me and use the massage feature.

If I could give him zero stars, I would! Worst nail shop experience ever!!! Don’t go there!! They are so pushy about get a full set!! Actually said they wouldn’t do my daughters nails if she didn’t get a full set! So not happy, they are Uneven, talked on the phone the entire time made my niece bleed on her nails a lot! First time in my life I didn’t leave a tip! Very unprofessional Will never give them another penny!! Very disappointed

Update - THIRD VISIT (Christmas Themed): I LOVE OBKY NAILS! I truly feel like a valued customer which is exactly the reason I keep coming back. Getting my nails done is a treat to myself and they truly make the experience feel like a treat. I had my toes and nails painted for Christmas. I went in with an inspo pic and came out with exactly what I wanted! They are fast, efficient, friendly, and accommodating! Update - SECOND VISIT (Gold w/ Burgundy Tips): Everyone at OBKY is amazing! I saw Anthony who was friendly, funny, and his precision is impeccable!! FIRST VISIT (French Mani): I cannot say enough about OBKY! From the moment I arrived I felt like royalty. All of them are so nice and accommodating! I saw Wendy who was so nice and very professional. She did amazing on my nails! I went in for a full set and a Pedi a few weeks ago and my nails still look amazing!!! I finally found my nail place in OBKY!
