Luxury Nails and Spa

I took my girlfriend to get nails here as an early Christmas gift and she got absolutely beautiful holiday themed nails. They came out exactly how she wanted, the quality was superb. The staff here are very friendly, very talented, and very efficient.

Got acrylic nails, design was done bad and polish is peeling off. The nails are crooked and the customer service is not good, the man doing my nails was impatient and rude. In the end, he didn't charge me for the design he did because it was so bad. It took 2 whole hours, when it should not have.

First time going here. I asked for coffin nails, shape is a little off to me. One tip was put on crooked. My nails are "humpy & lumpy" color is gorgeous but I have bubbles in the polish. One section on index finger didn't get second coat. My mom also went with me. Her nails were squared off after she asked to keep same length and style. Polish job is horrible, it's on her skin, uneven. She asked for the file bc her nails were so rough. They are EXTREMELY unsanitary. Man was constantly wiping his nose, no mask. Tools laying everywhere, being used by multiple customers. There was no social distancing. I was asked to change seats and so were others. A couple were eating and drinking while waiting. The man was funny at times and did speak to us but we will not be back!

Brought my older friend here that couldn’t do her own pedi/mani! They did a great job! They were so nice! The place was really clean! They were really nice and helpful! I will be recommending them!

Not a good experience at all. The one who did mine and my friends nails was the male. My friend got the dip nails and they were horrible!! They were super thick and uneven. She asked him to fix them and he seemed like he didn't see anything wrong. I was suppose to get the shellac nails. He literally filed my nails off and I got a high dollar paint job. Got the cateye design and he didn't even do the thumb nail of my left hand. The last time I had my nails done(somewhere much better) they lasted 3 weeks before they started coming off. These havent even lasted 3 DAYS!!! I wasnt even going to leave this review but when they broke in the 3rd day, I was very mad. When we went to pay, he had to put on glasses to type in the amounts. If he had to wear glasses to see the debit card machine, he probably should have been wearing them while doing our nails. We will DEFINITELY NEVER go back!!
